The web-based IEP Writer offered by Leader Services allows special education professionals to create Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and related documents using common web browsers.

Multiple professionals can contribute to the IEP, create invitation letters, notices of recommended educational placement (NOREP), and other documents, including Gifted and Early Intervention IEP formats. A customizable goals and objectives library eases data entry, while a Child Count module creates reports necessary for annual federal reporting.
